Donations and Walkers Needed

Hi....if you didn't already know, I am a sufferer of severe IBS, ulcerative colitis, and just had my colon resected! Woo hoo! :) Previously on my blog I have posted and actually had a button on the side that linked to my Crohn's & Colitis Foundation's Take Steps Walk page. I think I am going to set up a button again, but wanted to just do a shout out to friends, family, and my fellow bloggers. I will walk in May to promote research and awareness for IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease). Over 1.4 million suffer in what seems like a lot of embarassment and silence. If you are around the Chicago area, I encourage you to join my team: The Bowels of Fury. It's free to sign up...and I would love to have you be there with me. I even have t-shirts already made!! Also, if you can't walk, consider making a donation. Even a few dollars is sooooo helpful. So there's my plea to support me in my fight against IBD/IBS. Here are my donation/sign-up pages:

You can also find a blog on my personal page about what I've been dealing with in terms of my recent surgery. :) Check back soon for a new button that will link up to my Take Steps pages.

Thanks all,
XOXO,
Meg

It's fun being sick isn't it?

Hope you are well...
